To resolve this issue, please refer to the troubleshooting steps below first: -Make sure your scanner has wireless function. -Try the scanner with different Bluetooth devices to see if the wireless function works. -Charge the scanner for 3~4 hours and check if the LED light is on. -Restore the scanner to factory defaults. -Delete the Bluetooth pairing record on your device, and re-pair them according to the user manual. 2. What can I do if the laser comes on but the barcode cannot be recognized?
To resolve this issue, please refer to the troubleshooting steps below first:
  • Make sure the scanner is well connected with your device.
  • Check if your scanner is configured to read this type of barcode.
  • Scan the barcode from different distance. If the issue still persists, please contact Inateck customer support with a sharp picture of the barcode for further assistance.
3. The scanner works well in wired mode but it gives wrong scans in Bluetooth mode.
To resolve this issue, please refer to the troubleshooting steps below first:
  • If the scanner is working with Mac OS or iOS, please program the scanner to Mac OS/iOS mode according to the manual.
  • Make sure the scanner's language matches the language of your device.
  • Decrease the data transmission speed. The data transmission interval is 0ms by default. You can set the data ransmission Interval to 64ms or 96ms if necessary.
