As a desktop scanner, Inateck BCST-81 is hands-free and it can improve your work efficiency.

Superb Decoding Ability

Almost all 1D and 2D barcodes are supported, including screen barcodes and paper barcodes.

Supported Barcode Types

Commodity Code Mode: (Higher decoding speed) Code 128, EAN-13, UPC-A and QR Code

Normal Mode: (For more types of barcodes) Code 128, UCC 128, EAN 128, EAN-8, EAN-13, UPC-A, UPC-E, ITF, Code 39, Code 93, PDF 417, QR Code and Data Matrix

In addition, BCST-81 supports some rare barcode types below but further setting is required.

Code 11, Interleaved 2 of 5, Industrial 2 of 5, Matrix 25, Standard 25, Codabar, MSI/MSI PLESSEY and GS1 DataBar.

BCST-81 is in Normal mode by default where the top button will turn blue; To enter Commodity Code mode, please press the top button and then it will turn red.

Auto Scan

Once a barcode shows up in front of the scanning window, BCST-81 can detect it and scan it. To avoid repeated scans, one barcode will be scanned once only by default unless you move the barcode away and back.

Customized Functions

Adjustable Beep Volume

High volume, mid volume, low volume and mute are at your choice, which allows you to use the scanner in different settings such as supermarkets, hospitals, pharmacies and libraries.

Thoughtful Scanning Light

In dim environments, you can turn on the red light to supplement light; In bright environments, you can turn it off to make your eyes more comfortable. The red LED light is on by default.

User-friendly Manual

The manual is available in English, German, French, Italian, Spanish and Japanese. The layout of the manual content is optimized, which makes setting codes easier to be scanned.
